ABOUT THE CLUB
The club is affiliated to England Squash and has achieved the Club Charter Silver Award. This award means that we have excellent facilities, a welcoming environment, set high standards in child protection, and work closely with local schools to develop the future generations of squash and racketball players.

The Squash Club offers excellent facilities with 3 courts, all of which are glass backed with superb spectator viewing.

MEET THE TEAM
HUGH MANNERINGS
Club Welfare Officer
Hugh has a long-standing career background in higher education as a senior lecturer working with young people in sport. Hugh is our Club Welfare Officer and is also a Level 2 coach. He works throughout the region as a Development Officer for Yorkshire Squash.
SUSAN BRENCH
Ladies Team Captain
Susan is an active club member and amongst other things, she is Captain of our women’s teams, and particularly keen to encourage new and returning players. She has played in the York and District Squash League for more than 30 years and is also a keen cyclist and golfer.
MATT STEPHENSON
Premier Squash
Matt is a club Coach, he runs our Yorkshire leagues teams and is one of the clubs best players. He is passionate about making the club the best in the region.

ANDY TUCK
Chairman
Andy took over as Club Chairman in the summer of 2020. As Chairman Andy is involved in all aspects related to the running of the club and also the management of our external relationships. Andy has a long history with the club and remains an active team player; locally in the York leagues and internationally on the Masters Tour.
JAMIE MILLER
Finance
Jamie is an active club member and now has responsibility for all things financial. Jamie has completed his Level 1 coaching certification with England Squash and will support the growing group of beginners we have at the club.
JOHN BRIDGE
Teams
John runs our monthly in-house leagues for squash and racketball.
FRASER ANDERSON
Marketing & Memberships
Fraser gets involved with all matters concerning the internal and external marketing of the club. This includes management of the website, social media and PR. He also manages membership enquiries along with John Jaram
