COACHING
ALL AGES - ALL ABILITIES
For many years COACHING has been a major focus within the club. We want to give everyone the opportunity to maximise their potential and to meet their personal squash goals. In support of this we offer a wide range of programmes from kids FunSquash for absolute beginners through to high level one to one coaching for county and national standard players.
JUNIOR COACHING PROGRAMME
Junior coaching sessions run twice a week (Thursdays from 16:40 and Sundays from 10am). All our junior sessions follow good practice in safeguarding, with all coaches fully registered and up to date with their England Squash qualifications. The sessions are primarily designed to be fun with a focus on developing skills, confidence, competition and good sportsmanship. All juniors are encouraged to wear the club t-shirt for all coaching sessions, wear protective eyewear and bring a bottle to keep hydrated (there is a drinks fountain in the squash area).
ONE TO ONE COACHING
We also offer individual coaching sessions for anyone looking to develop their confidence or are looking to improve any aspect of their game. Get in touch with the coaching team to arrange a session or group of sessions.
Adult Coaching sessions are a great way to get in shape, understand the game better and to help players prepare for competitive squash.
