How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

You filled out the contact form

You applied for a membership

You paid for a membership using our online payments system
When you complete a membership application, we use the information that you have given us in order to add you as a member of the Squash Club. Your information is populated in the online booking system provided by MyCourts and you can view their privacy policy here. As part of the application process we also obtain payment information, this is for a one-off payment and is not recurring. The club does not retain any of this payment data and the transaction is managed by STRIPE, you can view their privacy policy here.
Once your membership has been approved by the Club, you will be sent an account activation link which provides access to the MyCourts online booking system. You can manage your privacy settings once logged in and if you choose to restrict other members from seeing your contact details. You can also update your communication preferences. The club sends out regular communications, some of which are essential members information which every member must receive, others such as marketing communications can be restricted.
We do not share our membership data with any external organisations or individuals.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored by Dunnington Squash Club on the MyCourts online system.

We keep personal information until the individual asks us to erase it. We will then dispose of your information as soon as possible.
